How to Use This Help Desk

Welcome to the Carl Henry Global Help Desk. Whether you need technical support, have a question about your account, or want to report an issue, our Help Desk is your central hub for fast, effective assistance.

Getting Started

To access the Help Desk:

  1. Log in to your CarlHenryGlobal.com account.
  2. Navigate to the “Help Desk” or “Support” link in the main menu.
  3. Click “Submit a Ticket” to get started.

Submitting a Support Ticket

To request help:

  1. Click “Submit a Ticket.”
  2. Choose a Category: Select the topic that best matches your issue (e.g., Technical, Billing, Website Support).
  3. Write a Clear Subject Line: e.g., “Issue Logging into Dashboard” or “Billing Query - Affiliate Commission.”
  4. Describe Your Issue: Be as detailed as possible. Include:
    • Steps to reproduce the issue
    • What you expected to happen
    • What actually happened
  5. Attach Files (if needed): Screenshots or documents can speed up resolution.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.

Tracking Your Ticket

To check on your ticket status:

  1. Go to “My Tickets” under the Help Desk menu.
  2. You’ll see a list of all your support requests.
  3. Click on a ticket to view updates, add comments, or respond to support staff.

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Search First: Check our FAQ or Knowledgebase before submitting a ticket. Your answer may be there already.
  • Be Clear and Concise: The more detailed your message, the easier it is for us to help.
  • One Issue Per Ticket: Submitting separate tickets for different issues helps us resolve them faster.
