Why is there a capacity limit?
The 90-Day Sprint includes Human Review and programme oversight. CHG therefore currently limits new Sprint starts to a maximum of five customers per month.
Can I buy a Toolkit first and move to a Sprint later?
Yes. A focused Toolkit can be an appropriate starting point. A later Sprint is a separate programme and can be considered if wider priorities subsequently need to be coordinated.
